Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and subsequent refund will be considered only if you make the cancellation request, within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in the case of offline product delivery in the form of coupon cards, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have already been completed, or if the process of shipping has been initiated either by ourselves or through the vendors/merchants/representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.

No cancellations are allowed for the products/ courses on which we have given special promotional offers on various occasions such as Independence Day, New Year, Deepawali, Durga Puja, Republic Day etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations will not be possible.

In case you are unable to get access to your subscribed course after purchase, bring it to the notice of our customer support team. They will help you resolve the issue, after looking into your complaint.

In case of asking for a refund, please share your order number & transaction id and do mention the reason for requesting refund. Your feedback will help us improve our products and quality of service.

All eligible refunds, will be processed within 30 (Thirty) business days of receiving cancellation request.
