The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, NEET 2021 was held on September 12, 2021, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. NEET 2021 Detailed Question Paper Analysis

The question paper for NEET 2021 was Moderately Difficult. The Physics section contained some tricky questions in particular. In comparison to the NEET 2020 exam, this year’s question paper was slightly tougher. The questions in all subjects were lengthy, requiring additional time. The paper was based on the NCERT. Several biology topics, such as genetics, cell biology, biomolecules, and ecology, had questions that showed up in botany and zoology. Here are the details of the NEET 2021 question paper analysis:


The NEET 2021 Physics Section was difficult to moderate. The questions were primarily based on formulas. The questions, according to the Dailylearn experts, were lengthy in nature and hence time-consuming. The questions were all numerical, with four or five of them being particularly tricky. The Physics section was NCERT-based and covered the majority of the topics from the NEET 2021 syllabus. There were also a number of difficult questions on optics, semiconductors, and the photoelectric effect, among other topics.


The NEET 2021 Chemistry Section was moderately difficult. The questions were easy to moderate in terms of difficulty and were short. According to Dailylearn experts, NCERT-based questions dominated this section of the NEET 2021. This section contained more theoretical problems and the questions asked were moderately easy. The Inorganic Chemistry section had a high weightage, while the Physical Chemistry section had a low weightage.


The Biology section of the NEET 2021 question paper was the easiest. The question paper was divided into Botany and Zoology. The Botany portion, according to the experts, was more difficult than the Zoology section. Most of the questions were taken directly from the NCERT textbooks and were straightforward. Genetics, cell and cell cycle questions, diversity of life questions, and plant structural organisation questions dominated this section. The majority of the questions were fact-based, with a few concept-based questions tossed in for good measure.

The zoology section was easy to moderate. Animal Husbandry, Biotechnology, Human Reproduction, and Biomolecules issues dominated this section. The Zoology portion was slightly twisted, and the questions were based on the NCERT class 12 curriculum. The Human Physiology topic received the maximum weightage, while the Ecology section received the least.

NEET 2021: Expected Cut-Off

Students should note that in order to qualify for the NEET 2021 examination, they must achieve a 50 percentile score. Admissions, on the other hand, are based on the merit list and preference. The top medical colleges in the country have different opening and closing ranks.
